Cancellation Policy

At HomWell®, we strive to provide flexibility and convenience to our customers. Please note that while some of our products are stored on hand, others are made to order. Orders for products that are made to order cannot be canceled once production has begun. For in-stock items, cancellations can be processed if requested before the item has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Refund Policy

At HomWell®, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Damage Due to Shipment: If items are damaged during shipment, HomWell® will cover the costs of return and upon receiving the item by HomWell® in its original conditions, the customer will be provided with a full refund or replacement.
  • Damage Due to Manufacturing: If items are damaged as a result of manufacturing defects, HomWell® will cover the costs of return and upon receiving the item by HomWell® in its original conditions, the customer will be provided with a full refund or replacement.
  • Refund within 14 days: Customers can claim a refund within 14 days of product delivery if they are not satisfied with the product by returning the product back to HomWell® in its original condition. Customer will be charged for the cost of the return in the form of a restocking fee.
  • Please Note: that a refund will not be issued 14 days after product delivery.

Return Policy

HomWell® aims to make returns as easy as possible. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate a return.
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.

Please note that shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage caused by shipment or manufacturing defects.

At HomWell®, we offer convenient and reliable shipping options to nearly every country across the globe. Here are the details of our shipment policy:

Shipping Locations:
We are currently offering free worldwide shipping on every order. This promotion may change, but we typically offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible through our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. Handling and processing typically take 1-3 business days.

Delivery Time Frame:

  • Standard items: 5-7 business days
  • Made to order items: 15 business days
  • Backordered items: TBD

Tracking Information:
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Delays beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs inspections, may occur. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Lost Packages:
If your order is lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes:
All prices on our website are displayed in USD, with all taxes covered on our end. However, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once your order arrives at its destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility.

Extended Delays:
In some instances, delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation.
